Jessica Roscoe, CPT, International Pro Elite Bikini Professional

Jessica Roscoe has been training clients since 2014, in-person and online.

After many successful years in the bodybuilding competition world, Jessica has decided to step away from contest prep. Instead, she has put all of her focus on lifestyle training. She will no longer be accepting clients for bodybuilding competitions; that includes: competition training, meal plans, posing, and hair & makeup services.

Jessica has been loving her focus on clients of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness experiences; and is dedicated to helping everyone reach their individual goals.

Jessica has a wide experience of training many different individuals with ages varying from 9-75. No matter what your goal is, whether you have temporary or permanent injuries, or your schedule is limited, Jessica is prepared to work with you, and happy to help you feel your best.
