-Program Level I

Beginner

  • For individuals with little-to-no experience in lifting weights.
  • If you feel like you have no clue how to maneuver your way throughout the gym.
  • If you are ready to take the leap & make the necessary changes in order to live a better life!

-Program Level II

Intermediate

  • For individuals with moderate experience in lifting weights.
  • If you feel comfortable maneuvering your way throughout the gym, but unsure of which specific exercises, reps, sets, etc. you should be doing, and when.
  • If you feel confident in your form for the most part, but are also aware that you could improve.

-Program Level III 

Advanced

  • For individuals who have been lifting weights consistently for more than 1 year. 
  • If you feel extremely confident maneuvering your way throughout the gym, as well as in your form. (must know how to properly squat & deadlift)
  • If you are ready to step it up a notch!

  • Specific Exercises with included instructional tips.

  • Warm-up, Cool-down, Stretching, & Cardio schedule.
